HMS has provided quality recording
solutions to working artists in the Nashville and Chattanooga
areas since 2008. We have over 20 years combined experience working with artists and audio, and we work hard for our clients to ensure quality results.
HMS
is growing! In addition to our live multitrack audio recording
services, live and studio mix services, and remote location recording,
we now offer a complete project studio designed for tracking and post
production mixing!
Located one block from the campus of MTSU in Murfreesboro Tennessee, HMS Studio G offers a
comfortable space and outstanding sound to students looking for a place
to finish class projects, solo artists looking for a demo recording, or
established bands seeking to record their next release.
No project is too small, and we can handle any major production with style and class at rates that won't break the bank.

Our
mission is to support and help promote top regional talent, and to do
it with competitive pricing. These days, anyone can be a recording
artist with a laptop and a usb microphone, but we offer the experience
to get it right. We have built our business around the idea that the
magic of music comes from player interaction, with each other and with
an audience. So whether live or studio,
we offer enough input channels to discreetly record every instrument
- including drums - while the whole band plays together at once.
In
this technological age, where anyone that plays music can record
themselves in a bedroom, we take it a step beyond to offer a more
complete solution for those that have bigger plans than just a bedroom
or garage. A great performance is required to get a great recording, so
don't let the weak link in your art be it's capture, hire us and know
